Не могу ответить на сообщение

Когда с сайта аукро приходит сообщение от человека, то кнопкой ответить письмо отправляется обратно на сайт, а не этому человеку. На других почтовых сайтах всё работает как надо.

Приходит ответ, так как ex пытается отправить письмо на info@aukro.ua, а не на реальный ящик отправителя, который скрыт в сообщении.
